Stars from Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and Brothers & Sisters come together to say that anti-gay "words can be a powerful weapon" and urge viewers to "be an ally and a friend." www.glaad.org

"Words can be a powerful weapon. So please, choose them carefully because what you say matters. When you tell a homophobic joker or use an anti-gay slurs, you're spreading prejudice. And you can be hurting someone who close to you without even realizing it. These words send a message that it's ok to hate and to discriminate. You have a power to make a difference just by treating people with dignity and respect. Choose to be an ally and a friend."

Another random browse on YouTube about gay and lesbian issue has blown my mind. It is amazing to see these Public Service Advertisement (PSA) are actually sponsored by such big company like ABC channel, and more of it, it goes out in national scale. Despite of being part of the marketing strategy of the ABC, this is a huge step for GLBT community in America. I believe that this will bring so many positive differences for the communities out there.

Now, how about communities in Indonesia? Do we really caged with the east-culture and tradition? Or we just haven't tried hard enough to do it the right way? The answer is in you. But I believe on one thing, that people create culture and tradition, not otherwise.
